Rad Stickers started back in 2012 in the living room of our Melbourne rental.

At the time, it was just the two of us (Luke and Jade), one sticker machine, and a simple goal: make seriously good custom stickers without charging a fortune for them.

What we didn't realise was that we'd both been sticker nerds long before we met. Luke grew up collecting skateboard stickers, while Jade had folders packed with colourful finds from the '80s and '90s. Turns out we'd been living parallel sticker-obsessed lives for years.

For a long time, Rad Stickers was a side hustle. We'd work our day jobs, come home, and spend our nights printing, cutting, packing and shipping orders. Slowly but surely, the little sticker business kept growing.

A few years later, we traded city life for the coast and set up shop just down the Great Ocean Road, where we now run Rad Stickers with our team and two daughters who make sure life never gets too predictable.

More than a decade on, we've printed millions of stickers, added a few more machines, and grown far beyond that Melbourne living room. But the goal hasn't changed.
