FAQs
Is there a minimum order?
There sure is, the minimum order we print is 50 stickers per design. It might sound like a lot but trust us, with stickers this good, you’ll run out fast.
Can you make sticker sheets?
Absolutely! We can make sticker sheets up to A5 size (210x148mm) and the minimum order is 50 sheets per design.
When supplying your artwork, make sure your designs are laid out exactly as you want them to appear on the sheet—preferably with vector cutlines around each individual design.
How does pricing work?
All prices are based on size and quantity. We don't charge any extra for die-cutting nor the amount of colours in the artwork, so feel free to throw your wildest stuff at us.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay & Google Pay.
For approved business customers, we also offer payment by bank transfer.
How does shipping and delivery work?
We use Australia Post’s overnight Express Service and our delivery time from ordering is generally 3-5 business days. Turnaround times can vary slightly from week to week, but we aim to get your stickers to you in days, not weeks.
What kind of designs can you turn into stickers? Can I send you a photo?
We accept all kinds, even photos. Please keep in mind that your design will print at the same quality as the file you send us. The better quality the file, the better the end result. For photos, drawings and paintings, a high res png or jpg file is ideal.
Do you print CMYK or RGB designs?
Both actually. You can send us designs in either CMYK or RGB format. Our printers are fitted with a massive 9-colour ink-set, which means we have a huge colour gamut to work with when printing your artwork.
Can you make stickers where the artwork goes all the way to the edge with no white border?
We sure can! We just need you to send us your artwork including some bleed on all edges. This bleed area will be trimmed off so your art goes all the way to the edge.
How do I get the best and longest life out of my stickers?
Clean the surface you’re going to be applying your sticker to and allow it to completely dry (any dust, grime or moisture will lessen a stickers life significantly). Once the surface is clean you can peel, stick and enjoy your sticker for years to come.
I’m not sure exactly what I need, but I have questions and ideas, can you help?
We’d love to! You can contact us at info@radstickers.com.au
